Till yesterday everything worked very well but since yesterday I cannot join Hello talkI tried to reload the phone several times ,to wait but nothing workedEvery time I enter hello talk I’m just kicked out instantly (the model of a phone is iPhone 6+)I don’t want to delete this app cz I have a lot of chats there( So pls tell me what to do

The app has a good future ! The only problem is that, because of very limited features that you get freely everyone dumps the app. Everyone is inactive and it is impossible to find a partner ! I found several and only one pf them answered for now. Despite that another one is online !!!!!!
Developer ResponseThanks for bringing this to our attention. Kindly note that regular users can contact 10 new partners every day. This limit is set to prevent spam messages. Note that Pro members can contact up to 25 people per day.
After latest update app works very bad. Mic closing by itself in the rooms many times. Room close after host gone even if moderators there. When u accept someone on stage u receive many notifications. Not showing who accept or kick out from room (before u could see which moderator did it). Each page downloads slow.

I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years. I used to love it but it has never been working this bad before. It keeps crushing, the connect button doesn’t load most of the time, it closes the window by itself when I am using the voiceroom, like when I am right in the voice call it loads and crushes. Please fix this app!

I have been using it since 2016. But it has many limitations, for example ordinary users cannot find partners depending on the languages they speak or learn. Generally it’s a great application, I’ve found good friends there 🖤
Developer ResponseBy default, regular users can only search for other users who match the languages they are teaching or learning, whereas VIP members can search for users speaking any language and in any country. Thank you for your support and understanding!
I’ve deleted my friend, but now I regret it. I know his nickname but we can’t find anyone by their name. It’s only possible to find someone by ID. I wish that you will solve this problem asap.

To clarify, if your HelloTalk partner messages you again, the deleted conversation will reappear in your chat list. You may also locate them via your followers list—if you are following them, you can restart the conversation, though please note that previous chat history cannot be retrieved. Regarding search functionality, we currently support precise lookup via HelloTalk ID but do not yet offer nickname-based search. Hi there,Fist of all, day by day i see this app becomes more worst in management.A lot of advertising (care just for money not for how people learn) everyday i see 10 times, when I'm searching for partners.Secondly, every time when i do update i see more limitations and hard policies to limit use in contact, in translation, etc.I believe in one think " that's i will delete this app soon".I hope management on this app understanding the life is not just earning money !!

Hello. Today I downloaded the app.İt is freezing .I cant stay in app longer than 1 minute.
