Hi,During game loading pop up a message that the game must be upgraded. When clicking on that one it goes automatically to App Store. That is OK. But the download doesn’t work. It’s still only working and working, but without results. Please check it.Many thanks BR and nice day

My family wants to stop playing this game after the last actualization which everyone didn’t get it. I think you already know what I mean, despite of that i’ll tell you. Some of us (only me and my dad) have bridge game, we’re collecting the yellow pieces, have the cat’s gift during the weekend etc. Cat´s gift means we’re geting the bonuses like double rewards, money etc. Expecially double rewards are the bigest problem in team chest and team tournament (think I don’t have to explain that), also in the minor games like fog exploraition too, because some of us are getting double energies. We’re all playing this game for so long and really love it, but these differences are unaccetable. We’re buying coins for the real money. We’re realdly san and upset about it, it’s a shame, it destroys the greatness of HS. Please FIX IT!!There is sometimes a bug about less amount of money after the level too, but it’s not so big problem.Thx for reading this!

I am very disappointed with this game. The tablet/to-do list icon for building the house never appeared at all when I reached level 26. I managed to play up to level 76 hoping it would show up, but it never did. Without the tablet, the game is unplayable and makes no sense. I have been trying to contact the in-game support and via email for 10 days, but I only get automated bot answers and no real help. I tried to delete my account to start over, but the game locked me out with a 15-day deletion countdown. The game is broken, and the support team completely ignores the players.
