If the developers actually tried the app i think alot of problems would be cleared up. The UI is unintuitive, basic things don’t work (such as the sleep timer), seeing info about books in your library without playing the books is a challenge, titles that have gone “dead” and can’t be played cannot be removed from the library and so are just stuck there. And for some reason you can’t buy books in the app but have to go to the website and then back to the app to listen.

Audible has a large selection of audio books, their app works very well. However, audible is missing an app for apple watch that would make it possible to hear audio books on Apple Watch without having their iphone with.

Charges are too high for many books and canceling subscription is nearly impossible due to ux.

You will get spammed with emails all the time, even though you follow their 15 step guide to opting out of emails.ALSO I CANNOT SEEM TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION YOU **** THIEFESThere are much better alternatives for listening to books, i definately do not recommend this.I never write reviews, but i am so annoyed by this company i simply had to.

I was slightly confused going through this book and had a hard time keeping track of the characters. Also thought there was a lot of weird names. I found it difficult to finish . Also, I did not think the end was that much of a surprise.

If it were only for the content I would give this title a five star review but since it has read by AI, which often mispronounces or puts the wrong emphasis on certain words and names, I cannot fully enjoy this

I honestly can’t understand how Audible justifies these prices.69 DKK/month for the Standard plan gives you ONE audiobook per month, and you don’t even keep it if you cancel. Premium is 89 DKK/month and still only gives you one credit per month. For that price I expected a genuinely premium experience.I joined specifically for Bobiverse Book 6, and the narration completely killed it for me. One narrator does every single character, and the different voices sound forced and unnatural. The delivery is so slow and sleepy that it feels less like a professionally produced audiobook and more like someone reading a book aloud in their living room.On top of that, several announcements and promotional sections sound like cheap synthetic/AI voices, which makes the whole service feel even cheaper.If you charge premium subscription prices for ONE book per month, the production quality should feel premium too. Multiple voice actors, better production, better presentation — something.Instead, I paid for a premium service and got an experience that honestly made me think: I could have asked my neighbour to read the book into his phone.Cancelled the trial almost immediately.
