This game is absolutely amazing! The graphics, the designs, the animations and storyline are all really good. It’s a bit annoying that the game takes up so much storage space, but it’s understandable considering the high quality graphics, animations and the fact that Genshin is an open world game. Plus, I feel like the game has become a bit more generous with primogems, at least in my opinion. My only complaint would be that you can’t rewatch cutscenes, so I’d really like if the game had an option to rewatch cutscenes both from archon quests and hangout events.

The game is probably one of the best anime styled open world games out there. In terms of quality, there is nothing else similar to it. Leaving that aside, there are lots of bugs and inconveniences. For example, Xinyan’s shield is supposed to get a greater level for each enemy that her shield hits in the beginning, but its actually inconsistent and has been like that for a year. Then there was an incident where they released a new character (Raiden) where a skill description was misworded. Due to that, when people wished for that character (maybe even spent money), they thought that certain interactions with her and other characters would work, but in reality it didnt. Instead of fixing it, they changed the description after the character was released. The company hasnt really shown much care for community feedback within the past few updates (they do a survey when another update is about to release) and I don’t think that’s gonna change anytime soon.
Takes up too much storage

I first played this game 2years ago and already then it took up so much storage, but my device was still able to handle it and i was able to play for about 5-7months. After that the game starded to have so many new updates until my device was unable to update the game and i had to delete it. I really miss this game and i want to play it again but my device has 32GB of storage in total and it’s impossible to get this game.. i have64GB on my phone but my phone is really crappy and it runs the game so badly even with lowest graphics settings. Genhsin impact is amazing but it’s impossible to play for most devices:/I will never be able to play this game again unless i get some super expensive new device which i have no money for. I get that this is a huge game but man isn’t 20GB+ storage way too much for one game? Most mobile devices don’t even have thay much storage in total. I am just so sad that i can’t play my favorite game ever again
Game crash after Shneznaya

I love genshin so much and i have been playing the game since 4.0 but after the new shneznaya update i have not been able to play the new region. My game crashes when i teleport to any waypoint inside of shneznaya, including domain. This has caused me to not be able to play the new story, events, exploration or even charecters due to me not being able to do domains of the characters or collect necessary materials. My game has never had any problems whatsoever on any patch. I am able to run other hoyo games like Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai Star rail on max graphics perfectly. I truly hope some optimisation will be made to the game soon so no other players will be affected by these crashes further on.
