Absolutely Nightmare - 7 years of history deleted overnight with zero support

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have used this app faithfully for 7 years, built up over 2,000 professional connections, and managed my company page through it. Out of nowhere, I woke up to find my account completely blocked for absolutely no reason. I did nothing to violate any terms, yet I’m locked out.What makes this worse is the completely useless, non-existent customer support. I submitted a ticket to get my account reinstated, and instead of actually investigating or reviewing my case, they just lazily closed my ticket with no explanation whatsoever. Thousands of hours of professional networking and history gone overnight, and the company simply does not care. Looking around, hundreds of other users are facing this exact same random-ban glitch with zero help from the team. Fix your broken automated moderation and train your support staff!

Joined Premium account via iTunes, payment has gone through immediately but four days later the account is still showing as Basic account. Issue was immediately notified to support team, whom advise this is normal if you subscribe through iTunes (never have I purchase a digital subscription where it would take several days to be effective, and there is no compensation for the days lost). Sent several emails to follow up with the team, but they are not responsive, I have been waiting for three days and still receive no positive reply. Very disappointing experience!
