Charging money every single week - even if I’m not subscribed to.

Be very careful with this app. I was charged once for taking an IQ test without ever signing up for a subscription. Then it started charging me €14 every week — and there’s no clear subscription shown in my Apple ID or the app itself to cancel. It feels deliberately misleading. I reached out to their support about being charged for something I never agreed to, and got no response. Absolutely unacceptable. Apple should look into this.

I am trying to cancel my account subscription and the APP keeps telling me that an error occurred. I had to send out an email to your support because that option in the APP isn’t directly working as well. I wonder what am I supposed to do in this situation since I am not planning on loosing money due to your APP issue which has to be functional for all users.
