Last night I paid for premium account, I woke up this morning and saw that for some reason Badoo decided to block my account, saying it was used for commercials. I have nothing to market and I never used it commercially. Now they told me they double checked my account and the decision is finale. It’s weird that after I paid the app for the FIRST TIME EVER, they decide to block my account without even offering a refund. I’m going to complain through Apple

They blocked my account for no reason, i asked to know the reason- until now i did not get any answer yet- it's a good app, but bad management!!!!

Recently I was shocked to discover that a one time payment I made to Badoo was without my knowledge converted to a WEEKLY!! recurring payment. So for a single payment I actually made 4 additional unauthorized payments were added, before I discovered and canceled it. Of course I did not authorize any recurring payments to Badoo. Beware of Badoo’s recurring payments fraud...

They creating artificial barriers and faking activity in order for you to pay more money for their so called “services”.They have really poor filters and matching system: wanna meet someone who speak one of English or French? Nope! Impossible to select!Wanna connect with foreigner? Denied! Only locals, sorry!And so and so on…Most excited: have you already payed for your lifetime premium? Great! Now it’s time to block your account without any explanations! 😂Great business model!Total scam.
