I feel the most incompetent and ego driven product designers are working on this app. Because what else will explain the pathetic AI experience that they have replaced humans with in the support chat. I mean you can try but its an uphill battle to get to a human being there. The bot is as cocky and over confident and over smart as the team i guess. In my case, the delivery guy misbehaved with me, and i asked for 15 minutes repeatedly for the bot to get me a human being. You can say that i paid for the hassle. But to the team- what was the brief that you guys got really? Build an experience that drives the users away for good? Or automate so that you look cool? Or its just support who cares? Did you do any kind of research? Was the bot trained on any empathy parameters because i can see none. Did you find patterns as to what conversations actually happen in support? Do you know how important a section it is for the app or do you feel some market monopoly will keep saving your incompetent selves? Do you think you can have zero respect for your users and build something that will actually work? Did you test your feature? And if you did, this trash is what you call a good experience? Did you think about human judgments and decision gates or today is the first time you are hearing those words? Yes i am being harsh, only because a female customer shouldn’t get misbehaved with and then have to deal with your trashy feature to find blinkit support to connect with. Have some basic sense of empathy for your customers, you might just become better designers and build an experience that actually is of some service to the users.

This person came for delivery, but was extremely rude and misbehaving as he had to wait only five minutes for me to approve on my gate because of some technical issue in my phone. Following that he took the order back and once I received a call, he said that he’s going to take the order away. And keep it with himself. If I don’t cancel the order, he kept saying that he’s not going to come back and deliver the order. He asked me repeatedly to cancel the order, and if I don’t cancel, he will keep the entire stuff with himself as the payment has already been done. This was extremely annoying experience from Blinkit delivery boy early in the morning. I called him back and kept asking him to come back. He said that he’s not going to come back to home for delivery as I threatened him for giving his complaint. He finally delivered at the main security gate. This kind of threats I am not sure how many customers are facing that we are going to keep the entire stuff as the payment has already been done and we are not cancelling the order. This is completely unacceptable and I am complaining against this person, Murshid Ansari to take some strict action against him

I have been using Blinkit almost every single day for daily essentials. Recently experienced very sad situation I ordered Arhar Dal 2 KG cost 600/- approx . The product on delivery was found spoiled/damaged and not edible. I shared details with Blinkit it took few days for them to decide next steps. It was a daily essential so could not wait long and I purchased the it from local grocery store. I asked them to refund the amount or get me some other item for same amount but Blinkit refused to do so. The only option given to me was we can replace the same product. I lost the trust in same brand hence I refused to receive same brand but I was still open to receive any other brand . Blinkit could not cater my small request and my money is stuck. Being a regular Customer I expected a high level of service from Blinkit but they failed to meet my expectations. I have deleted the app and will never recommend use of any online app for daily essentials when they are not flexible to handle customer dissatisfaction even when there product was damaged. Local grocery shops do take real time actions on such issues. I can share pictures of product I received .

I really don’t want to do this, but I have to today, I ordered kulfis and ice cream, one of the ice cream was completely melted, and they came to take the item, I refunded, however, it was really unnecessary, and without asking me where I want the refund, they gave me a coupon, and the agent I spoke to said I agreed to it, where as I never said okay to get a refund as a coupon. Blinkit is such a messed up online store that there are times when we order something by mistake and don’t want it, but they won’t take the return and not ready to return. We have to keep it even if we don’t need it, now for an ice cream which was already melted when it arrived, and I raised an issue within 3 mins of receiving the order, they wanted to come and take the item, which would just go to dustbin, it was not edible at all, it was a vanilla flavour but it turned off white, when it melted, not sure why… also I give a 1 star rating to all my orders as they charge delivery fee of ₹16, and handling fee every-time we order but they don’t handle well and don’t deliver good quality items. I don’t recommend this all. I would suggest going for other delivery companies, the service on Blinkit is not good either. I highly don’t recommend to anyone to use Blinkit. Go out and buy things yourself, walk out a little as an exercise, otherwise Ofer from different delivery companies. Very bad service, very disappointed.
