I really had a very bad experience right now. I have some orders which are not being displayed in the positions and the order got executed successfully after 20 mins and so being in hold. The amount is not credited and the order is also not displayed in positions. I have raised 2 tickets with the support team and didn’t get any proper response from them. I have even called the customer care support, the call to the executive got connected after my 5th call and have waited for more than 15mins to talk with them. And the response i got from them is a technical error and we are trying to resolve it asap and till appear in your positions but they are not hiving any assurance about this. Who will be responsible for the money we have invested to trade?Is it our fault to have technical issue while placing order and you guys are not ready to repay my amount i have invested and repeating the same words, it will take some time, it happens some time, we are working on this to resolve asap. But who will repay me ?

Pro’s 1)User friendly 2)it has its own blog thus it would be much more helpful to the newbies 3) it has Face ID so need not to type my password every now and then to login 4) It works as usual 5 No scams as I tried several transaction in the form of trading 6)I receive all financial transactions via sms and mails from the NSE or BSE CDSL as well Con’s 1) Heavy brokerage charges 2) initially it suppose to offer free services to the newbies interms of increasing apps popularity 3)it has only equity intraday and delivery segments 4) Orders doesn’t execute instantly 5) Apps stucks sometimes 6) Technology would have been improved a bit unlike a Angel one or Zerodha 7)Would have been provided below follow trading option such as commodity ,currency,forex, swing ,positional, scalper F&O etc etc 8) overall need to improve interms of its services and technical like a Angle One9)It takes two business days to get credited in my account so insulted of two days would have credited in couple of hours from the demat account to my bank account

Stop working if minimise

The app stop working if we minimise and go to another tab. The price movement stop and order cant be placed. We have to close the app and again start the app then we are able to price and execute orders. Due to this i have missed my exit points. Need to be improved and price movement shall not be stopped even minimisation. Further, order execution takes times, we have select the number of lots to be sold. Due this i loss my profit to go back and select another lot to sell. Please make the aap handy and easy. All lots should be selected in whole first, this should be trader call to decide how may to sell in one go.Further, commodity trading is not available i have use another app for this. Funds are diversified and cant make all entry at one point.

No fullscreen options on charts in web

The web application is having the good and simple UI things which i like about the app. The only thing I didn’t found that is-> The option for switching chart to full screen and load and save chart layout . Please add or fix this issue.• And in the mobile app please add a feature -> “ when you bought any options then after placing an order please redirect or navigate to positions. Right now i need to go back simultaneously from options to position which is a bad point for scalper trader “ Else the app looking good to mw till now. Thanks
