I want you to make the app refresh by itself let’s say i start on a tv show I want it to save where I left off I have to close the application and open again to do that I want it to do that when I stop watching

I use Viaplay a lot to watch sports. It does not fail that at least a couple of times per viewing an “unexpected error occurs” and the app just crashes. You then have to fast forward to where you were. If you’re watching on the TV it takes ages because they use the same app as for tablets, where the time line is clearly designed to drag forwards and backwards with a finger, not by pressing a remote. Right now I’m trying to watch a game from yesterday and I repeatedly get “Viaplay can not play this at the moment”. I try their website and I can watch it there but I cannot fast forward with the time line, it just bounces right back. I have to skip 15 seconds ahead. I was about an hour and a half in. This design and programming is just so poor that it’s infuriating.

Bought through Apple and it didn't work,even though I saw the payment on my credit card statement. Contacted customer service (someone called Mikkel) which was very rude and initially didn't believe me, but when I sent him screenshots of the confirmation payment email he then said it wasn't Viaplays problem! I just don't get it, why be so defensive from the start. Why don't you believe the customer and just give a refund. At least I will never subscribe to Viaplay.Please avoid this horrible company

Tried to buy a movie and it just didn’t work. It charged me but it doesn’t show up in the library and an error message pops up when I try to press the buy button again. I saw another review with the exact same issue. Why wouldn’t you put a disclaimer about this in the app? Could I at least get a refund so I can buy it again on the website or wherever the purchase might work?

Not only do they run ads, promising live broadcasts that then son’t happen, but they also just delete posts and comments from their Facebook page (users commenting on a post about a live broadcast that is not available, and rather than explain or address the issue, everything is simply deleted.I think deceiptive business practices and false advertising is in direct violation of Apple’s tos. 🤬

Viaplay does not service Iceland in any way anymore. Problems in their app and with the subscription are basically your own problem since Viaplay can only give you standard ready made answers without any actual solutions. They do not want to be in Iceland anymore and show it quite well.

If you want to watch with Viaplay you need to be a calm person, it’s very often that the screen Freeze or buffers. Some games I couldn’t whatch at all and never got the help i needed!

Ok ok there are some new movies on here, but you really need to search for those. When you click on new movies you can watch the newest they have from 2001.Got it free! Never buying it!
