This game has a potential, but the waiting time is such a shame on developers. Factories take hours to produce anything, if you need few items from one factory then you gotta wait half a day. To progress faster you need to spend real money. That “candy crush” is the worst I’ve seen so far, many times it moved blocks into different directions than intended. Helicopter orders require stuff that I cannot make, because the factory isn’t available yet, making me deleting the order and wait 20mins for next to show up. I currently have 4 helicopter orders that I can make, but it’s gonna take me at least a day considering waiting time and prioritising train orders. Could be nicer with being able to turn the map, 360 direction of buildings, editable width of pavements/grass etc, being able to move objects by just little space and not those big squares. Good that you can skip reading that lame story. Loving no ads in that game tho.

Game asking for purchases for real money in every smallest piece of UI. This makes the whole experience very bad. Expanding city is too RNG based. Mini Game with exploding colored cubes also has too big RNG factor which makes it annoying instead of fun. Arabic probably sheikh sons (or bots) have impossibly high levels and points because you either wait for hours or days to do anything, or you can buy everything instantly if you’re rich IRL. You can grow plants for 16 hours or just be rich, pay and have them instantly. You will spend 2 weeks to gather materials for new building or pay huge money and have it instantly. Around level 35-40 the game becomes noticably unbalanced probably on purpose to convince stupid players that they have to pay. Game uses people’s gambling addictions to convince them into buying stuff, same psychological mechanism that is used by soccer bets. Overall summary: it’s not a real game, it’s a psychological tool to farm money from rich kids. And if top accounts are not bots then it works perfectly because those top players probably spent tens of thousands of dollars to have all those impossible points.

I like the mechanics of the game, everything is great, but why is everything so difficult? Why every building needs to be rested for it is unclear how long, there are never enough materials. Just useless complications everywhere! Nothing comes easy. Even playing 3 in a row is almost always difficult due to too few moves. It just gets annoying that there are difficulties at every step. Even to expand the territory, there is always some kind of suffering, and in order for the city to be pretty, you need a lot of space. Complications for the sake of complications

I want to say thank you to developers here for the change of economics and devaluation of points in Jan 2026. I was angry with myself to be spending a lot of money and time on gaming instead of on important things. Now after the change I know I won’t expend any single dollar on the shop acquisitions as I was using the money mainly on play-ons and they made the so expensive that I does not make any more sense to pay for them. So u won’t also play the match 3 games and will concentrate on what’s important in life. I stated playing in April 2024 and after nearly 2 years of plan and all these annoying changes introduced over the time including moving to passes, introducing cards or Frozen Frortune, God only knows why as the purpose of the game is to build a city, and zillions of graphics updates I’m just disgusted where the game ended. Shame on you!

Nice but until CERTAIN moment. It stopped being funny when started to complicate with green bills usage. All earned while delivering orders are put in piggy bank which you need to buy for a real money (from your debit or credit card). Town market started offering help for green bills only. Expanding a land can be done if you purchase a shovel (for green bills again). So far I do not now how to get it without paying for that (train goods delivery maybe?). This system let you to collect green bills only for completing challenges - you are given 2 green bills in a longer period of time between completing different challenges.I can play this game which dynamics has been significantly reduced but it is no fun. I do not want to purchase gained for performing deliveries green bills - it is disappointing.The game forces you to make micro payments which I suppose will be unavoidable. Decided to uninstall.

I wanted to complain and as I see there are many people disgusted with the updates. So am I. What was the main idea of the inflation part? Before I was thinking if I should pay 10 game dollars to continue paying Match 3 and now it’s 900????? I have no idea what the prices had become and I cannot analyze if the purchase is necessary anymore. Moreover, some levels are IMPOSSIBLE to pass without “buying” the additional steps. It feels like you make the number of steps randomly without even analyzing the difficulty of a level. Do you even use AI to create the levels or is it just random? I’ve been playing for 2 years and now I’m extremely dissatisfied. Developers, hello, work on it somehow!

I have been playing this game since few years and I am disappointed. Staff really doesn’t care about people’s opinion anymore. People are complaining in Social Media and ask for changes but they are being ignored. They changed pass for worse. Always the same mini game (expeditions). They got rid of everything what made this game fun just to get more money and put less effort. No more extra decorations, profile pictures. If you don’t spend a lot of real money, you won’t finish anything. Better bring back old pass, old mini games and extra decorations for Ragatta.

Township was a game with rules❗️ Your last update made it: a timed game, no way to disconnect from an active game ("active" player doing 0 tasks) without any game rules, a race with a coop of different numbers of people, tasks - 6 regular and 6 from a minigame, tasks with poor points for which you wait 2 hours for each, prizes during the race (and some timed), you can change coop during the race and collect prizes, 10th prize for a colossal number of points collected in the game... You ruined a great game with acceptable rules for a Township race for profit of maniacs who only play this version of the game❗️ The worst update that ruined a good game❗️ You should be ashamed that you ruined your game like that❗️

Amazing how support answers „thanks for your input” and never changes anything because there are still bazillion amount of people who are happy to pay real money because you can’t play this game otherwise - target audience, I understand. Well done and good luck. Been playing for 7 years. Got back recently and am very surprised with match-3 integration, which is very hard to play, levels are always difficult and there’s no joy in it. And it seems like you can’t really NOT play match 3.Boosters don’t make any sense and help in most of the levels. Waiting time is ridiculous, I wonder how this game and levels are being QAd 🤣
