BeReal is the simplest photo-sharing app where you and your friends post once a day to show what you’re really up to.
Every day at a random time, everyone gets the same two-minute window to take and share a photo. The camera snaps both the front and back simultaneously, capturing the real moment. No filters — just real life, as it happens.
You won’t find influencers here. You’ll find your friends making coffee, walking to class, lying on the floor, laughing at nothing, or stuck in traffic. It’s not about looking perfect. It’s about being present and staying connected in a way that’s honest, unfiltered, and sometimes unintentionally hilarious.
Post on time or post late—it still counts. Comment, react with your face using RealMojis, or just scroll through your circle’s day. Your BeReal feed is private by default, unless you choose to go public and see what others are up to around the world.
If you’re tired of chasing clout and scrolling endless edits, BeReal is your once-a-day reset. One daily notification. Two minutes. Real friends, real moments.
Download BeReal and join the social network that’s not trying to be one.
The simple photo-only feed gives an authentic glimpse into the lives of what friends and loved ones are doing, seeing and experiencing.

The way how the app tells you at the end of the feed “That s it for today. Time to put your phone away and go back to enjoying your real life!” made me smile and rate it. Also how it promotes just connecting with friends. Not suggested posts you don t want to see, not doom scrolling material and not intrusive ads. Actual “social” app. Glad me and my friends gave it another chance after using it years ago, I hope more people will use it again in the future. Also I hope it doesn t lose its purpose and become another Instagram. That s what we are running from, remember this dev team.

Phone verification failure
mar1naa.a
It is such a shame for an app that has increased it’s impact on people to experience such long term and severe malfunctions on the conectin area. I recently got a new phone and when i tried to connect back into my bereal account the phone verification failed several times. I contacted the bereal support team but all they could answer me was that they are working on it and didn’t had a specific time when the bug will be resolved. Is so unprofessional to only give more unspecific details when you have a bug that affects a lot of people and is currently not resolved. I hope the bereal team will give this issue the necessary attention and fix it because bereal is not only an app and also contains memories that are really important.
