At first i subscribed with my go to apple id and it worked just fine for a while, now when i try to log in it only gives me the option to log in with my other apple id (that does not have a subscription). I made a different account with my email instead of my apple id and after payment it gave me an error and a message that said “this bill is already used by a different account”. I then tried to log in with my apple id on a browser to see if it has been billed and subscribed to my apple id account instead, but I couldn’t open any of the vip episodes. Now i have paid subscription but non of my accounts are actually working.

I subscribed shahid without login first. At that time I was excited to subscribe however shahid website always says error whenever I tried to subscribe. Then when I subscribed from my phone, The website really take their time to load. They really take their sweet time. I waited and I thought it was okay because they already deducted my money. Okay okay let’s login to my account. To my surprise, I’m still not a vip member. I contacted shahid. They really hard to contact. Whether its from the phone, email, twitter, or Whatsapp. I was really excited to watch so I dm-ed from Instagram but THEY keep ignoring me. They replied when I’m starting leave a comment and said I should contact from email and call them for better assistance. WELL I TRIED. 2,3 days later the call center replied to my messages from Whatsapp and told me to screenshot the proof. Everything is going well BUT he didn’t give me a solution rather he told me they would contact me later. I know they won’t. Every single day I contacted them and the replies always give me a proof. What’s wrong with you all, I sent you and you will just ignore it?Thank you for such a disappointment. I unsubscribed.

This app has shown a clear lack of respect for Saudi viewers. Multiple Saudi series have been delayed for years despite reportedly being ready for release, with no honest explanation, while shows from other countries continue to be prioritized. What makes it worse is the obvious double standard: other shows are translated into multiple languages, but Saudi series often do not even get proper subtitles, limiting their reach to wider audiences. On top of that, the platform removes fan edits and short clips of Saudi shows under “copyright” claims, while similar content for other series remains untouched. How is Saudi content supposed to grow if the very clips that help it spread and build hype are constantly taken down? Instead of listening to repeated complaints, the platform reportedly chose to threaten legal action against viewers who criticize the delays or ask questions. Threatening paying customers instead of addressing concerns is unacceptable. I’m cancelling my subscription because the Saudi series I paid and waited for were never released, poorly supported, and handled with unfair standards. Customer service has also been extremely disappointing

Let me first address the fact that even though that you have high speed connection sometimes it lowers till 144p and on other streaming services i can play on full HD conveniently which is the most thing that upsets me about the app.Secondly some lagging problems when i drag the slider from a point to another while watching the video makes it so annoying to watch.Last but not least the lacking of options in the app, I don’t want the quality to be set automatic all the times; it ruins the experience, so adding these options could fix the first problem.In conclusion i can understand the fact that you put ads because the app is free and i should upgrade to the paid version if i want to get rid of the ads i can make my peace with that. But at least make it an enjoyable experience and more appealing to the user so he could happily upgrade with no regrets.Unfortunately i removed the app due the mentioned reasons above and hopefully after these bugs are fixed we could re-download it and use this service again.

it’s obe of the worse streaming apps that i’ve ever used!for example in friends the series they cut a bunch of important scenes in the episode even though those scenes doesn’t have anything wrong with it specially in saudi ! like i’m a saudi and i’ve watched the series a multiple times and i know the scenes in those episodes are OKAY for example s6 e12 “ the one with the joke “ the episode is 22 minutes and they cut down to 19m and also in the same season e14 “ the one where chandler can’t cry “ they have cut down from 22m to 14m basically they have cut down half of the episode watching it was so confusing even though i’ve watched it more than 5 times in different streaming apps , it’s far much better to not stream the series at this point!!!

This app no longer deserves the support it once receivedIt built it’s reputation by presenting itself as a platform that represents Saudi culture and voices yet the content tells a completely different story instead of authentic representation many shows portray Saudis, especially women in a negative unrealistic and disrespectful way what’s more disappointing is the lack of genuine Saudi stories and history being highlighted while meaningful content seems to disappear or get sidelinedThis isn’t about improvement anymore. It’s about credibility.If a platform markets itself around a certain identity it should respect and reflect it properly until there’s real change in how content is handled and represented this app simply isn’t worth support

I recently stopped my OSN subscription as I noticed that I spend most of my time watching Shahid or Netflix and the live TV feature that Shahid provides is more than what I require specifically their sports channel. Last night I was watching the NFL championship and last month it was the F1 grand prix. Looking forward to many more sports entertainment on Shahid. One little customer feedback, try to make the interphase less user friendly.
