Truly has to be one of the worst apps out there to sell or buy anything since they ban people, including me for “selling fakes” (because i would definetely buy fake H&M clothes, toys from kinder surprise, etc. and sell them on for 2€🤣🤣) What a profit that would be😱! Yes that was the reason to ban me, im not joking🤣 Please be aware of these issues. Again, awful app, a lot of scammers who are “selling” phones on there but don’t get banned. Even after REPORTING IT! “No issues found” I saw the same listings being uploaded for consecutive days but nothing happened to them? Note that I had 30+ 5 star ratings and 50+ listings of authentic items only!! Good luck with AI customer support, you can’t reach a real person. If you need further proof or don’t believe me about banning random sellers, look up Vinted subreddit. Never thought these would happen to me, looks like it’s happening a lot more than I thought…. 1 star and even this is too much. If your account gets banned be aware that your whole family can say goodbye to using this app since it bans IP address. I wish you the worst Vinted!🙏🏻❤️

Vinted is a great concept in theory, but in practice it feels like the platform has completely forgotten about its users.The biggest issue is the customer support. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person, and every response feels like a copy and paste template that doesn’t address the actual problem. Even when you provide clear evidence, support often closes cases without a proper investigation.The platform claims to protect both buyers and sellers, but in reality it often leaves honest users without any meaningful help. If something goes wrong, you’re mostly left dealing with automated messages and endless waiting.Policies are applied inconsistently, disputes are handled poorly, and there is very little transparency about how decisions are made. It genuinely feels like once a transaction becomes complicated, Vinted simply wants the issue to disappear rather than solve it.The marketplace itself has potential, but the lack of competent customer service completely ruins the experience. A platform handling millions of transactions should invest in real support instead of bots and scripted replies. Until that changes, I cannot recommend Vinted. STOP SELLING ON VINTED, go to depop or other platforms!

My experience with Vinted customer support has been extremely disappointing.GLS lost my package, and they told me that this issue had to be resolved directly with Vinted. Unfortunately, Vinted’s customer service feels either AI-generated or handled by people who simply do not read the messages properly — whichever it is, the experience has been absolutely horrendous.They kept requesting information they already had, and every time I replied, they asked for the exact same details again. In my opinion, this process feels intentionally designed to discourage buyers dealing with lost parcels from claiming their money back.Despite this, Vinted failed to handle the situation properly and showed no real willingness to resolve the issue directly with GLS. Instead of taking proactive steps, the burden was placed entirely on me, even though only GLS can clarify what happened to the parcel after it was received into their system.I have bought and sold many items through Vinted, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. The communication, customer service, and process for dealing with lost shipments urgently need urgent improvement.

I bought new shoes which are not fake and were too big for me. That is why i wanted to sell them. 2 days later my account gets banned for selling counterfit items. I try to make an appel with everything they asked me proof of purchase, all photos of the shoes, everything. After 1 week I get a notification that they still belive i was selling counterfit items and that i cant do nothing about it. They will ban every account i try to make so vinted is just unusable now. Instead of banning people who try to sell something REAL on vinted try to ban real scammers. Worst app I ever used. Customer support is probbably AI generated too.
