I had a situation where I wasn’t able to complete my sale or do the delivery. Everyone that helped me was so friendly and spoke English and was knowledgeable and kind they made the situation so amazing and seamless. Now I’m gonna purchase a car from them in the next few days ! I will never ever ever go to a car dealership again and spend 12 hours there wasting my day! My daughter is looking into buying a car from them my boyfriend is on the app now looking. Carvana FOR LIFE.

I cannot get over how seamless this process has been and I am so grateful. For someone who doesn’t have the best credit history, it feels great knowing hard work pays off. Process is so simple and easy. LOVE that you get a week to test drive AND a couple times to do so before you’re locked in. Test drove one vehicle, it was nice but not exactly what I wanted. The process to exchange for a different vehicle was so easy and the people they have working for them are so nice and helpful! Found a vehicle I’m very happy with and I would not only do business with Carvana again, I frequently recommend them to people looking for a vehicle.

I hit a bear and absolutely totaled my 2019 Jetta. I was in a complete panic, worrying about dealing with my insurance, getting a rental, dealing with potentially weeks of stress. Then a friend recommended Carvana, and I am ASTONISHED at how easy this was to use! I compared vehicles easily, filtered to my own needs, and finalized a 2024 Tiguan less than 24 hours after my accident. Knowing I can relax and let my insurance work while I’m in a new vehicle is such a relief! Glad someone told me!

Easy process so far but the car is not here yet and at first it say avail tomorrow as delivered and after process started it changed to two days later. Customer service says it's always just an estimate on the site starting out. It should tell you before you process order that the delivery date changes. Then you can choose what's best in your timeframe.

Not having to go to a bunch of dealers and get a work around on car payments was amazing. To be able to see your payment & downpayment options for each car was amazing. You have 7 days to decide if the car if for you or not - if not, you can pick a new car or give yours back. I got a 2015 Toyota Corolla and got it looked over by my mechanic - no hidden issues!

I’m only a couple days into my purchase, and so far I’m extremely impressed. It was a pain free process, no one haggling you, trying to upsell you, or showing you the “more reasonable cars”. The lady who dropped my car off was amazing and had TOP TIER customer service and it was delivered the next day. If I would have known it was this easy, I would have worked with them sooner.

As a woman trying to purchase your own car, it’s always such a hassle when you go into the dealership you spend hours and hours looking at cars waiting for the finance team. This is the second car I’ve purchased through Carvana. It is the easiest experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere anywhere else.

This has been the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. The hardest part is making a decision on what car you want. After that it takes less than 10 minutes to go through the whole process. I will never buy a car through a dealership again. Highly recommend!
