I can’t say enough about this app. It’s allowed me to successfully form routines and accomplish things that I’d have lost track of. I had tried a good number of other planning apps, some adhd specific, some not. At first, I was frustrated that linked calendars don’t sync backwards to the linked calendars, but then discovered this is a blessing. If you mess something up in Tiimo, it won’t mess up your hard planned events on your linked calendars.

I’ve tried all the apps and this has been the only one I’ve paid for and use EVERY DAY. I have set up so many other task manager apps and would spend days setting it up to be “perfect” and then after a few days of use, I’d stop going back to use it. Tiimo changed that! I’m not a big “time block” person but this app has helped me be so much more productive that I think I might be a convert. Highly recommend to all neuro-spicy folks. Especially if clean and UX are also important to you!

This app is really wonderful, and I’m really glad that you don’t need a subscription to be able to use the app. Though there are some features that require the subscription, they aren’t really useful for me, and I don’t really see a need for them! The things that need a subscription seem to just be a pro version of the ai chat bot that helps you to create your tasks, but you can use it without the subscription!

As a business owner, I have a lot of organizational tools in my toolbox. The ADHD friendly format and ease of use of this product gets my vote. The ability to see things at a glance and switch them to another section easily is key. This app helps me maintain my laser focus, and the pomodoro timer and built in AI are an added bonus. This is my new go to planner! Well done Tiimo, well done! 👍🏻

Finally there’s app for organizing all y to do and sync well w my Google Calendar, I also love the AI task organizer, however when I try to use the desktop version I get hit with an inescapable paywalls after I sign in, so I then have to use the iPad/iPhone mobile app for my computer which is not rlly ideal, I also would wish i could see my to do in Blocks as an option and be able to see my sceduale in a week, month view.

I’ve been subscribed for over a year but I haven’t felt much improvement. The AI integration can’t understand “Insert two 10 minute dog walk time blocks into my day”. Todos should also have repeat settings. Use case: Feed my dog medication once a month. If I have a repeating time block scheduled on a day and I forget to check Tiimo that day then I miss the recurrence. Much better to have repeating todos instead of just repeating time blocks.

The widgets won’t work correctly(the say activate pro) it’s trying to get me to subscribe again when I already did and that can be confusing. That’s not right. People could subscribe twice and I’m not getting the correct service I’m paying for. Disappointed. I do really find the app useful when it’s not doing this.

I really like Tiimo, but I feel like I need even just one more page of that to-do page dump. Otherwise, my tasks are just sitting in one pile. Sometimes that’s fine but even headings would be helpful. Things like house projects that maybe I don’t want to schedule in a certain day but would like to keep on a list. For this reason I will use Todoist instead.

Tiimo keeps me structured, keeps me on top of my task every day. I really enjoy this app. The only thing I wish it had was an undo option. Sometimes I rearrange things on a day-to-day basis and I might delete a task, that I shouldn’t have deleted. I should have just edited it. That is when I feel like an undo button should pop up for about six or seven seconds.

This app has really helped get my life and household organized! It does well gently reminding you to utilize the tools and even has a reward system for usage. In a house of 4 neurodivergent individuals, my husband & me included, can be chaotic 98% of the time and I’ve appreciated this app for helping with consistency & clarity and keeping my head above water.🛟
