Hoping this is at the TOP! I do not recommend this app! I had over enough points to get a payout for my rewards! I even had notifications on saying my payout was ready, i clicked on it immediately! The app took forever to load, and once it finally opened all my progress was complete GONE! I’m extremely frustrated to be playing and reaching milestones just for your progress and points disappear right when i was suppose to receive a payout! I would NOT waste your time with this app!

First of all thanks for that. I was earn $400 so I try cash out. But they said unsuspicious reason for close my account. And I msg with them many time they asked proof so I did it. It’s about almost 3 weeks ago. And I give up. But they all the process and figure it out unfreeze my account and my reward back right away. Guys it’s not scam just wait and patience they just slow least they’re not fake

I was very excited to try this app I was apprehensive at first but when my sister showed me her phone actually cashing out I decided to take the plunge. Imagine my suprise I go for my first cash out and its been over a week. I have consistently been emailing after the allotted 24-48 hour wait timeframe with no correspondence. Just people continuing to say they are looking into my account with no follow up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I had my rewards and account completely disappear and contacted customer service. Over the course of several weeks I was asked to submit information, which I would, only to never get a response. I would then have my request closed out without a solution. I had done enough tasks to get $200 in rewards, only to have everything disappear and no solution reached. I am quite disappointed.

(this was a while ago btw) So after a couple days messaging support, I was able to get the payout!! Thank you, playful rewards. I apologize for not updating my review sooner, my Apple device messes up and for some reason when I went to post my last review on here, it never showed up so I assumed it never got posted lol but I was wrong. I actually did get my payout though, so all is well. :)

Playful rewards sent my reward and I’m thankful. The only pain is having to upload proof of reaching milestones that the gaming system already detected I completed. This causes a stressful delay. It almost makes me nervous to play at times. Although it’s Understandable that there maybe others that try to get over, they’re still a straightforward company. Just have to be patient. Okay so I normally dont do reviews but I absolutely had to this app is the truth!!!! Great payouts easy task and what really did it was your customer support experience they contacted me in a timely manner and resolved my issue quickly I recommend downloading this app I have made so far 70$ to my PayPal account have been using the app for almost 2 months and not very consistently so that’s still a good amount!!!

I’ve been playing less than a year and made more than $1,000. Playful Rewards gives you 90 days to complete offers, unlike the other apps that only give you 30 days, and the support team always gets back to you quickly. By far the best rewards app available! I’ll never use anything else.

Only reason I have it as a 3stars and not more is because sometimes I’ll play a game and get milestones and I haven’t checked in a while so I thought I passed so many and then it glitches n when I’m supposed to get enough coins worth $50 they instead say sorry for the glitch here’s $10 worth of coins.. first withdraw is $50. But games do work! And sometimes they even do surveys. Idk give it a try

Playful rewards is loading but saying that I have been freeze from missing a day so I can’t even check my account and once I reach a higher level it stop giving me the credits for them they need to fix this my next level on skyword puzzle game stop loading on the playful rewards app
