This is the best DJ app on the App Store by far, and nothing else comes remotely close. That being said, I've been having some serious issues when trying to load my playlists from soundcloud. There is a loading wheel that appears when I select the playlist I want, but after a couple seconds it always disappears, even with the best possible 4g service and a Verizon wifi router sitting right next to me. After that, I have to press back, and the same thing happens when trying to load the playlists tab. Then I have to go all the way back to the soundcloud tab and try again. It takes usually around 15 tries to get the playlists tab to load, and if it does, then when I try to load a specific playlist, it doesn't work and then in forced to go all the way back to the soundcloud tab and repeat countless times. This is by far the best app there is for DJs, and the 4 stars show this, but this issue is making the app unusable, so I'm forced to deduct one in hope that you'll see this review. I don't know if it's an iPhone 6 thing, but I've paid for features on this app and would really appreciate an update to address this. Thanks for reading this whole thing.

Love this app and I have used it to create several mixes and even uploaded a few directly to my Soundcloud. Everything works just right however it takes a little while to adjust to the controls especially when using an iPhone with a small screen. If the creators are really reading this I have one issue that I feel would really help me stay committed to this app and any others in my position. I use Soundcloud for almost all my mixes and after I login through your app and proceed to go to my favorites/likes it only loads a most recent history of what I have liked and will not allow me to load more. I can understand if this is an issue with Soundcloud but if you can fix this minor bug I will continue to support and hopefully promote your app. Thank you for reading this and keep the updates coming!!

I haven't had this much fun on an app in a long time. I tried Technics turntables 18 years ago & gave up because it was a bit difficult to mix. Mixing vinyl is definitely an art. Haven't tried DJing since then and I am mixing EDM with ease. Haven't tried other genres but I'm looking forward to doing it. With the exception of the right, left, and main gain "knobs" (which I don't use much yet anyway, but olease fix) the response on the controls is better than I expected. One of the best features is SoundCloud integration. There's so much music at your disposal for endless mixes. I've only used the free version and have been able to mix songs surprisingly well and play with loops to create a whole new mix of a song while mixing it with another. Love the loop feature. Will purchase full app to record my mixes.

After downloading this app, I didn’t realize how realistic the whole setup was going to be. Everything was supplied to me that I needed using mix tracks from my own library, syncs, effects, loops and much more. This app is very user friendly for any beginners, such as myself, and up to advanced DJs. It’s great that I can take out my phone anywhere and begin creating my own style of music with this app whenever I want. I already have my friends and family hyped up about this app because it’s just too cool to pass up. I definitely recommend this app to anyone that wants to have fun and create their own style of music with the many tools that are available. Two thumbs up!

I love this app. I have a Gemini mix2go pro, and the sound quality, mixing capacity, and general features are the best. There is one large bug that I can’t seem to get around. I use Facebook to log into my SoundCloud account, meaning I can’t log in with a email/password. Recently I tried to log in via Facebook, and I got the old “404 not found.” I was like, “ok, let me just restart cross dj, it’s probably just some problems with my phone! Just a small bug.” I still can’t fix this to this day. I wasn’t sure whether to bring this to you guys or SoundCloud. Hopefully this gets sorted out, because I have a party on Wednesday and I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna remember the names of each individual song of my 435 song playlist. Thanks!

So I’ve been using this app for a year, with my Mix2go, it’s pretty awesome, but for some reason now I have to login through a website for SoundCloud, I logged in, but for some reason it shows this thing of a premium membership, but I ignored it. When it showed me that I can safely go back, it redirected me to songs, basically iTunes songs, and nothing showed up, I can’t figure out how to get my songs and the premium membership still showed up. I tried logging out and logging in again, but it did not work. I see that you guys normally listen to reviews, so is it ok if u guys respond to this? I don’t get it, I’m I supposed to pay now to use the SoundCloud on the app??

Honestly this app is pretty cool, and it helps get some of my ideas down into something, but there are some real issues that need to be solved. For 1 you need to be able to upload to Facebook, Twitter, or even as an audio file, without it being absolutely necessary because it faults people like me for having a full SoundCloud Account and then not being able to put the Mix anywhere but on the app. Also a minor problem but still a problem is that when you type in the search bar for SoundCloud tracks and then exit the search bar, and go back in it disappears off screen and you can't see what you're typing. Overall fix these problems and the app will actually be pretty excellent.

I bought this DJ app just because they claimed you could use it in conjunction with Remixlive and drop samples from the DJ app directly into the Remixlive app to utilize the sound sample to remix live. After hours of trying and ensuring I had the current 11.2.1 update on my IPAD, I found all I could do with this DJ app was waste my time. After following the U Tube video instruction provide with the Remixlive app and purchased the additional features they state is needed, I found their claim about the two apps and their U Tube instructional video sucked. So I pretty much wasted my time and money. There’s a much better DJ app available for purchase and it doesn’t make any claims of compatibility with Remixlive. DJ Pro does the same thing when I use it with Remixlive and hit has more sound effect options.

I paid the full price for this app. And with this new update they’ve changed it to a subscription based service only. There’s a note saying it won’t affect your current status of what you paid for. BUT, this new update took away features like the cue loops which was the whole reason I even used this app. I paid the full price for this app for all the features. Now I have less features at my disposal even though I paid for it. The update says you will only receive new features and updates if you are on a subscription. I’m totally fine with that. But no where was I warned that I would be LOSING features with this update. That’s just terrible for those of us who wanted to support this company and this app by paying the full one time LIFE TIME price for this app. New updates are fine, but there’s no reason to screw over the people who paid a “LIFE TIME” fee for this app by taking away crucial features in the name of a selfish cash grab. I’m hoping that they fix this issue. But I’m betting that they won’t. Terrible move for the app. DON’T UPDATE or you’ll lose features for what you already paid for.

This app is great for just getting down simple transitions and the feel of what a real deck feels like and works pretty well. But when connecting to sound cloud go about 1 out every 10 songs I try to play it will only play 1/4 or so of the song the cut off. And now whenever I try to play those songs it still cuts off at the same early point . I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but it keeps happening and oddly enough the same songs. I hope they can find a way to fix it cuz it always happens to be a new song I’ve been waiting to play and then I can’t even use the song .UPDATE now can no longer load or play any song from soundcloud
