This guy is amazing. It has been keeping updating this app for so many years. Although there’re more and more alternatives such as clash of different versions which I’m using for most of time, the Shadowrocket is always gonna be the no 1 for me.

It's a must-have proxy for me. But when I stream a desktop over wireguard in realtime, it drops the connection when the video udp packets spikes. There is no such problem on the official wireguard mobile app. I understand shadowrocket is a complex engine which handles many different proxy protocols so performance compromise is unavoidable. Please optimize the wireguard module. Best regards.

Extremely disappointed with this paid app’s terrible stability issue that has not been fixed for a long time.Device: iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16.7.2My node works perfectly fine when the screen is on, but the proxy connection automatically drops after the phone goes idle for a while or the screen locks. I have to manually reconnect every single time I unlock my device, which completely ruins daily usage.I’ve fully enabled all background refresh, battery and connection-related permissions as instructed, so this is definitely a native compatibility flaw of Shadowrocket for older iOS 16 builds, not a user setup error or node problem.It is unacceptable that a paid tool cannot maintain stable background connection, a core basic function dozens of users have reported repeatedly. The development team ignores widespread complaints and delays relevant updates. I demand the dev team release an urgent patch to resolve this screen-off disconnect bug as soon as possible. If no effective fix comes out soon, I will keep posting negative reviews to warn other buyers away from this unreliable software.

Hello,I hope you’re doing well.A few months ago, when the internet was heavily restricted in Iran and only a small number of protocols were working, your app was one of the very few that worked reliably. I really appreciated it.However, things have changed. I now have several subscription links with excellent configurations that work flawlessly in other apps, but they don’t perform well in your app. Pinterest and many Cloudflare-protected websites simply won’t load.I was hoping this app could become as reliable as V2RayNG. At the moment, it still has some compatibility issues that I hope will be addressed in future updates. The app has great potential, and I’d love to see it improve.

I’m primarily using Shadowrocket app to connect to my personal Shadowsocks VPS. I find the app excellent in performance, it has very comprehensive features satisfying most users and very good UI/UX. But what really impresses me most is the outstanding support from the developer. I had initially problems configuring the app to connect to my Shadowsocks server. I believe most of the issues are due to my lack of familiarity with the Shadowsocks + v2ray plugin protocol. But the developer has shown great patience in walking me through the settings in the app to finally establish connection. The performant app and wonderful developer support earned my solid recommendation.

When dark mode is enabled, the on/off buttons of widgets 4/5/6 (🚀 in a circle) appear very unclear after being connected. In light mode, the entire button turns green, making it highly visible; however, in dark mode, the button color remains unchanged—only the thinnest outline of the small rocket turns green, which is especially hard to notice. If bright green appears too jarring, an alternative color that better complements dark mode could be used for the entire button. As it stands, simply changing the outline color is far too subtle.

It's a decent app overall but as an X-ray user I can say it lacks a few. First of all I would appreciate it if the X-ray core was updated to the latest version and add support for newer configs. Based on my region this matter a lot and being able to use the latest updates of X-ray helps me bypass censorship much easier. Also adding fragments to Vless and Vmess editor would be nice. Overall the whole design of the X-ray configs editors requires a bit more options.Only area I found lacking was the X-ray and all other options seem good and if was not a heavy X-ray user I would give it 5 stars

It doesn't seem like the app has any inclination towards providing updates that meet the needs of its users. In other words, it doesn't seem like the developers are putting in much effort to improve the app. Therefore, I don't recommend purchasing this app. Instead, I suggest looking for other options that prioritize regular updates and keeping up with users' needs. Overall, this app seems to lack the necessary focus on user needs and updates, and I wouldn't recommend using it."
