Bugs with no app support
07/12/2025

As a content creator with a visual impairment, this app does have good accessibility compared to most; but it really needs to improve it's app support. When I start a project That has two files, a video and audio file that are the exact same length to the millisecond. When I start the project and splice them, the timeline was originally at zero, but the second eye layer them it automatically staggers them seven seconds apart. It puts my timeline at seven seconds and extends my video seven seconds longer because The first seven seconds of the video is all video with no audio, the and is seven seconds of audio with no video. No matter how much I delete and restart the project I have all the exact same behavior. and no matter how much I toggle the timeline to the previous edit point and it shows the timeline at zero, the second I exported the project to myself it automatically staggers them back to the original seven second delay. This is the same behavior with every single video I try, it's not just one project. Every project I start add seven seconds to it. No matter how much I delete and reinstall premier I have all the exact same behavior. There's no option to reach out directly to customer support to troubleshoot this. None of the articles or anything close to helpful, and I posted in discord in the community chat and no one has responded. And I'm also reviewing everyone else's post and nothing is anything close to helpful. So as someone with a vision loss and brain injury that this is my source of income and livelihood, I don't wanna have to basically completely put my life on hold because the software I'm using is not allowing me to create

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to share this. We’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced, especially with the audio and video syncing issue you described. We know how disruptive it can be when every project shows the same behavior and you’re not able to get real-time help. We hear your concerns about accessibility and support, and your feedback is important to us. We’ve already passed this along to our support team so they’re aware, and we’re actively working on improving both stability and the overall support experience. We truly appreciate you giving the app a try and sharing your honest experience. ^JS

Great App, but needs a few additional features.

This is a great app for editing content on the go in a convenient and efficient way. That said, there are a few features that I think would significantly improve the experience. An automatic silence-cutting feature would be extremely helpful and save a lot of editing time. A built-in stabilizer would also be a strong addition. This may be a bug, but at times while editing, the timeline unexpectedly jumps back to the beginning, which can be a bit frustrating. I’ve also experienced occasional crashes during export, similar to issues I had with Premiere Rush, which interrupts the workflow.Despite these issues, this is still a really solid mobile editing app, and I would definitely recommend it, especially for creators who need flexibility while editing on their phone.

Hey there, thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback! Really glad to hear the app works well for editing on the go. You’re right, these features aren’t available at this moment, and we know how much time‑savers like that can help. We're constantly collecting feedback and feature requests and adjusting our roadmap accordingly. You can submit your feedback through the community forums, discord, or in-app feedback form. We also appreciate you mentioning the timeline jumping and the occasional export crashes, that’s not the experience we want for you, and feedback like this helps us track down issues and improve stability. Thanks again for the detailed review and for recommending the app to other creators! ^JS

Can’t export. App totally frozen. Lots of bugs. No real support.

At first I really liked this app. Even though it had some bugs, they were not deal breaking and could be worked around (things like sending you to the beginning of the video after you make a cut). It was very convenient to be able to edit on my phone, on the go. But now, after making multiple 10-15 minute videos on this app and getting comfortable with it, I try to export my latest video and it freezes at 16%. I try to close and reopen the app, only to find that the app can’t even load my project now. I delete all my other projects, thinking surely the app is just overwhelmed with too much, but that didn’t help. I went through my phone and made sure I had enough storage for it. Didn’t help. I tried to get support but all I could find is 1. A robot support chat (which never helps in any scenario), 2. A website by adobe that explains what the app is (doesn’t help at all) 3. A community page where you can either post your problem and hope to get a response in 3-5 business days, or hope that someone else had the same problem as you and got answered. It seems that lots of people have had this problem (export freezing) and the advice that is given is to restart your phone and to download any software updates if you have any. So I try both of these things to no avail. It’s really frustrating to put a lot of effort into a video and not be able to share it with the world. And honestly the lack of real time support, especially from a company so big, is extremely disappointing. I guess I’m just gonna have to take the loss.

Hey there, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with exporting and the app freezing, we know how frustrating it is to put hours into a project and then get stuck at the finish line. We’ve flagged this to our support team so they’re aware, and we’re working hard on improving both performance and the support experience. Thanks again for giving the app a try and for letting us know what you’ve run into. ^JS

Each export washes out color

Two Little Piggies
These mobile editing apps don’t have a nesting feature which is fine. As a work around i tend to export clips and import them back onto my timeline 2-3 times per project. When I used Rush this worked fabulously. How ever with this program, every export washes out the video so by the final export i am left with an awful looking product. I also find that the app stalls and lags significantly as i am quickly moving through my edits, slowing down my workflow tremendously. I am on a 2tb iphone16 pro max.- This was not an issue with Rush. I often had videos over an hour long that i would work with in Rush and the app never slowed down. I edit larger projects using premier pro on my laptop and cut multiple videos a day from those projects using my phone. Having a robust editing app for my phone is integral to what i do and this app is unable to deliver. I am stuck using Rush until it is totally gone, all the while hoping i can find an app that can do what it does before that happens. If these things are fixed, i would absolutely love to use this app. I have always been a fan of adobe. Ps- my videos aren’t anything crazy. No effects, color changing, transitions, or anything like that. All I’m doing is layering video, and cutting.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing both color changes after export and performance issues while editing. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when Premiere Mobile is an important part of your workflow and the experience differs from what you were accustomed. The color washout you're seeing after multiple exports and the lag during editing are definitely not the experience we want you to have. Could you try making sure both the app and your device’s OS are updated to the latest version, and then restart your phone? If the issues continue, please share more details or a screen recording with our community experts here: https://adobe.ly/premiereiPhonecommunity . It would also be helpful to include information about your export settings and an example of the color changes you're seeing. This will help us better understand what’s happening and investigate further. Thanks again for sharing your experience and feedback. ^JS
