Does this really frustrating auto capitalization any time you go back and edit something...even if you add to the middle of the word. It’ll keep doing it too, so you have to type the letter a couple times until it’s no longer capitalized then arrow over to delete the capital letters. It can be really distracting during an exam to work around. Also it fills out a blue bubble of the questions answered, but it will do this to questions that aren’t answered as well. So, be very careful to go back and check that all your questions are answered, especially if you did any jumping around.

I use this software because my school mandates it. I’ll be writing a review for both iOS (which I use on my iPad) Windows 10 version, which I use on my laptop and has A TON of issues. There isn’t anywhere else to write a review for Windows so I have to do it here. iOS:Not being able to write notes is annoying. Highlighting is difficult on iOS. Windows 10:This software takes over your computer and alters many configurations while doing so. I have had many issues after running Examplify, such as: - two finger scroll on trackpad becomes disabled - laptop refuses to recognize external audio devices, whether wired or BluetoothThe most egregious of these issues is when Examplify froze while I was using it. I was forced to force restart my laptop. At this point Examplify had locked me out of administrator privileges on my own laptop, meaning I couldn’t install or uninstall any programs. Examplify also kept crashing whenever I opened it. The only solution: uninstall Examplify, then reinstall. Unfortunately, this was literally impossible because Examplify itself had locked me out of the administrator privileges I needed to uninstall. I ultimately had to wipe my entire laptop clean by erasing all data and doing a clean reinstall of Windows 10. Besides what I backed up onto a USB drive, I lost all other files and personal configurations. This software is ultimately not transparent in how it works. It will take over your computer and alter configurations. Worst case, it will kill your device and force you to clean reinstall everything. You likely have no choice if you’re using Examplify in the first place because your school requires it. Maybe there’s an off chance some devs from examsoft will see this and fix the issue, who knows.

We use this app all the time at our school for Exams/Quizzes. The new interface is okay, but the old color scheme was WAY better. The new color scheme is kind of difficult to see/differentiate. Honestly, this app has a crazy amount of potential for being great, but they really need to invest more time/money into developing a more user-friendly interface that is simple, efficient, and functional for everyday testing use. It would also be incredible if the test results or file could be downloaded and imported from this app rather than go to an online link to access this. Obviously they instructor can choose to release these files or not.

This is a nice app but it could be much better if we are able to write on the exam itself instead of simply being able to highlight. This would save me a lot of time when taking exams because I would not have to write things out on a separate paper such as chemical structures for instance. It would also be super beneficial to be able to clear the long list of exams that has accumulated or at least sort through it. Plus, I would also like to control the time at which my screen dims. A lot of things that can be improved upon. Thanks!
