PLAN YOUR DAYS WITH SMART ROUTES
See estimated travel times and distances between activities, with routes that fit your schedule. Set arrival buffers for flights and other plans, and see when your schedule leaves too little travel time. Your transportation choices stay saved and sync across your devices.
BUILD ROUTES WITH MULTIPLE STOPS
Add and reorder stops, choose how to travel on each leg, and see estimated arrival times along the way. View your route on the map and open directions in your preferred navigation app. Save frequently used addresses, such as home, work, or a favorite hotel, to use in future plans.
SMART IMPORT
Turn screenshots, documents, pasted text, Google Maps and Apple Maps lists, and supported web or social links into places and reservations. Review and edit before importing. Smart Import uses online processing and requires Tripsy Pro on supported system versions. You can also forward booking emails or import travel plans from TripIt.
BRING YOUR CALENDARS TOGETHER
See events from your selected calendars alongside your trip itinerary, and add them as activities when needed. Sync your Tripsy itinerary to your calendar to keep travel plans visible in your daily schedule.
PLAN AND TRAVEL TOGETHER
Invite family, friends, or colleagues to collaborate on a trip or follow along with view-only access. Choose who can edit plans and access documents or expenses. Save favorite guests to make planning your next trip together easier.
STAY INFORMED ON THE GO
Receive flight updates for delays, gates, terminals, and baggage claims. Check 10-day weather forecasts, keep track of local time zones, and access your itinerary offline when you don't have a connection.
SMART INSIGHTS
Find baggage, breakfast, parking, and cancellation details from attached documents and emails right in your activities. Review suggested costs before saving. Analysis runs on your device and requires Apple Intelligence.
KEEP YOUR TRAVEL DETAILS CLOSE
Keep reservation emails, documents, photos, links, and notes with your trip. Personalize each trip with a cover image or color.
TRACK EXPENSES AND LOOK BACK ON YOUR TRAVELS
Record travel expenses in multiple currencies, let guests add their own expenses, and keep track of spending throughout your trip. Export itineraries, activity lists, and expenses to CSV. With Tripsy Book, explore your travel statistics, including countries visited, hotel nights, flight time, and distance traveled.

Great app for travel with an after trip update
Kguy18
I think the developer poured a lot of thought and effort into the app and I do believe that for other travelers it is a worthwhile investment if you need all your travel info in one place and shareable. That said you need not look further because this app has it all. Flights, hotels, and general itinerary management is great! I used the email function and the hit rate was pretty good. A couple hotel bookings didn’t go through but they were formatted oddly even for human reading so that is certainly not the fault of the ingest system. For standard booking (major airlines and chain hotels) flights and hotels it worked flawlessly. I really appreciated the sharing feature, I had the other family on the trip download the app and they were able to see and add to the itinerary, which was excellent. Overall a well executed app and it is probably well fitting if you need all your travel info in one app that you can share with others.Post trip update: I want to continue using the app, but after having it for a trip we just didn’t need to use the functionality - I think I’m more organized already and it was a chore to move everything to the app rather than just use our existing calendar and weather apps. Also, I think based on the fact I already use Flighty for real-time flight notifications that extra feature wasn’t needed for me so I turned off the flight info for the trip. For me it’s just not something I can see using, THAT SAID, the execution is great and it deserves 5 stars even if it doesn’t fit my use case. Excellent work, a pleasure to use.
Travel Sports + Business

Great app with lots of room to grow. This app is an excellent planner. The ability to share the trip with a collaborator has been helpful for when we travel for youth sports, business trips I plan and someone else travels on, and the ability to have all trip info in one place, nicely displayed and customized to my liking. I think as the app development continues there will be more options to customize the experience. Even the free version is great for those who only take a few trips and need a place to hold their info! Going to new places can be overwhelming when traveling and this helps streamline what is planned. I’d like some features added like: easier viewing categories “Just for flights”. “Just for lodging.” It would visually help being split up and then an all together itinerary. I also would like in those “Just for flights” to be able to view the flights in the order we are doing them. Sometimes first flight then second flight etc. Also, removing the layover as an extra flight would be helpful. I don’t like having it look like a different flight to Phoenix if really I just have a layover on my way to Dallas. All that being said, it’s a solid app and we use it a lot!
Great UI, poor customer service, limited free version
PolloTec
I downloaded this app to replace an aging app I’ve used for years. I contacted customer service (twice) to see if they offered a feature to import my old trips. I heard no response both times, but I signed up for pro anyways to give it a try. I like it, but the lacking customer service and limited free version basically giving you hardly anything without pro is a challenge to overcome. I can pay $5 a month for something I may use a few times a year and keep having that commitment, or, I can pick something that’s pretty well done for free, and possibly pay a-la-crate for extras. Having all my old trips stuck in an app that I cannot easily export the data from, and having to start from scratch with a paywall here just to break free, gives me an uneasy feeling. If the developer were more responsive and were to consider taking my request into consideration, i might have a better feeling that the commitment is there. Without that though, it’s hard to want to commit to a monthly or yearly subscription. I get that people and companies want to make money, but that money needs to be earned, and so far I’m still waiting. I hope it happens, I like this app and would be willing to commit if it truly were and all-inclusive data store for everything I want and had in the past. Thanks for your commitment, and i’ll keep an eye on this.
– Improved Smart Insights to better categorize baggage allowances and other travel information
– Fixed an issue where timezone changes could be displayed incorrectly on itineraries with multiple guests
– Fixed an issue where links added to activities via MCP wouldn’t open in the app
