Is there a way to auto scan and backup saves that don't have steam cloud?

I got a Steam Deck and often I will find games without steam cloud so it doesn't sync with my PC. I was wondering if there is a way to implement a feature to SaveState that automatically searches for steam games without the "Steam Cloud" tag on steam and back them up or at least have a way to to tag games that don't have steam cloud so you don't have to manually go to each game/store page to see if it has it?

I'm sorry the github page is not clear enough or is badly written, I will try to correct this problem in the near future.
To be clear the purpose of this project is precisely to backup saves that ARE NOT from steam cloud, because restoring those saves does not lead to anything and can also create possible problems with steam in addition to not restoring your actual saves,
my program gives extreme importance to finding the savepaths of the real saves and not those of steam leaving the steam folders only as a last resort.
