ci(macronizer): run gloss golden suite + frequency census in node-tests job

The M-005 fix (closed-class stratum) added utils/gloss_census.cjs as a
frequency-stratified gate; wire it and the golden suite into CI so the
function-word class can't regress silently again. Also gitignore the
gloss-build scratch probes (utils/_*.json, utils/_*.cjs).
