Introduce yourself
Hi everyone! I’m Sam. I work in SEO and content, and I’ve recently been spending more time learning how GitHub can be used for practical web projects and simple websites.
I’m especially interested in the connection between content, websites, and development. One of the projects I’m currently exploring is a small website focused on custom pizza boxes, where I’m learning more about static pages, GitHub Pages, HTML, CSS, and managing content through a repository.
I’m looking forward to learning from other people here and getting more comfortable with GitHub.

Where are you in your GitHub journey?
Brand new to GitHub
And where are you going next on GitHub?
My next step is to become more comfortable with GitHub Pages, repositories, branches, and basic workflows. I’d also like to build a few small web projects and gradually learn more about development.
What technical skills or projects are you working on?
I’m currently working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub Pages, and basic web development. I’m also experimenting with a small custom pizza boxes website to better understand how static websites are structured and maintained.
Got a question for us? (optional)
For people who started with simple web projects, what GitHub feature or workflow ended up being the most useful once you became more comfortable with the platform?
