Just adding my case because it looks very similar to these two recent reports:
I created a dedicated GitHub machine account, @Aether-V, for my developer automation agent (Hermes Agent). Within about a day, after being added to several of my own repositories and doing normal Git/API automation, the account was suspended for an unspecified Terms of Service violation.
The pattern looks close enough to the two cases above that I wanted to add another data point.
I’ve already opened a GitHub Support ticket and requested a manual review, so this post is only to document that another similar case happened.
