Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Drawing Desk, Drawing Pad, Photo Trix, ABC Kids, Colorist, and other mobile applications published by Farida Afrose (collectively, the “Apps”). It explains what information an App may process, why it is used, who may receive it, how long it is retained, and your available choices.
AI Processing at a Glance
Some of our apps provide optional cloud-based AI features. When you explicitly choose one of these features, the app may send the photo or photos you select to Deep-Image AI (Deep-Image.AI Sp. z o.o.) solely to perform the requested image operation. Selected images may contain a person’s face or other personal information visible in the photograph.
The applicable app asks for your explicit permission before transmission. If you decline, the image is not sent and you may continue using features that do not require cloud AI processing.
Photo Trix Face Data Disclosure
Face data collected
Photo Trix processes only photographs voluntarily selected by the user. Face Swap uses a selected base photograph and face photograph. Business Photo, AI Headshot, restoration, enhancement, and background-editing features process the photograph selected for that operation. Photo Trix does not collect Face ID or TrueDepth data and does not create or retain face geometry, facial-recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or identity profiles.
All intended uses
Facial images are used only to perform the operation requested by the user, return the resulting image, maintain processing security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. They are not used for recognition or identification, authentication, advertising, marketing, tracking, profiling, data mining, or training a Photo Trix facial-recognition database.
Sharing and storage
After explicit permission, selected images and processing instructions are transmitted over HTTPS to Deep-Image AI (Deep-Image.AI Sp. z o.o.), Poland. Deep-Image AI processes them solely to provide the requested result. Photo Trix does not sell face data or disclose facial images to advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.
We confirm that Deep-Image AI is required to provide the same or equal protection of face data as stated in this Privacy Policy. It may not use Photo Trix face data for unrelated purposes.
Retention, deletion, and revoking consent
Photo Trix does not store uploaded facial images in a developer-operated facial or biometric database. According to Deep-Image AI’s published information, uploaded images may remain on its servers for up to 24 hours and are then automatically deleted.
Users can withdraw AI-processing consent through the applicable in-app privacy control, where available, or by no longer using the cloud AI feature. Withdrawal prevents future transmission unless the user consents again. To request deletion before the automatic deletion period ends, email faridaafroseapps@gmail.com with the subject “Face Data Deletion Request.” We will process or forward a valid request where technically and legally possible. Images independently saved on the user’s device remain under the user’s control and can be deleted by the user.
1. Information We Process
The information processed depends on the App and features you choose. An App that does not offer a listed feature does not process information for that feature.
User-selected content and prompts
Image, photo, video, audio, document, or creative-editing Apps may process content you voluntarily select or capture, text prompts you enter, and editing options you choose. Depending on the feature, one or more files may be required.
Face data and facial imagery
Where offered, Face Swap, Business Photo, AI Headshot, restoration, enhancement, background editing, and similar features may process photographs containing faces. Our Apps do not use facial imagery for facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, advertising, tracking, profiling, or creating biometric identity profiles.
Device, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase information
Depending on the App and integrated services, providers may process the device model, operating-system and App versions, language, device or installation identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, feature interactions, session information, crash time and affected feature, diagnostic logs, performance information, advertising interactions, and purchase or subscription status. This information is used for analytics, advertising, transaction validation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and reliability.
Information we do not request
The Apps do not provide developer-hosted user accounts or public community features. We do not ask users to create public profiles, upload address books, or publish artwork or other content to a developer-operated community.
2. AI Features and Purpose
Where an app offers AI image features, images and prompts are processed only to deliver the operation you request, which may include:
- Face Swap, Business Photo, and AI Headshot;
- Background Removal, Replace/Inpainting, and Product/Packshot photography;
- Enhance, Upscale, Restore, Colorize, Expand, and Uncrop;
- AI image generation and prompt-based editing.
Our apps do not sell your photos or face data and do not share them with advertising networks or data brokers for targeted advertising.
3. Third-Party Sharing
Deep-Image AI
Recipient: Deep-Image.AI Sp. z o.o., Poland. In Apps that use this provider, the selected image, which may contain facial imagery, and processing instructions are transmitted over HTTPS for server-side AI processing. Deep-Image AI returns the result to the applicable App.
Deep-Image AI is required to process this information only to provide the requested service and maintain protections consistent with this policy and applicable law. Review Deep-Image AI’s privacy policy.
Other service providers
Depending on the individual App and version, the following providers may be used:
- Google Firebase: analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, configuration, and reliability. See Firebase privacy information.
- Google AdMob: advertising, fraud prevention, and measurement. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple: App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and transaction handling. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
These providers process information under their own policies. We do not authorize them to use user-selected photos or face data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or sale.
Legal disclosures and business transfers
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the Apps; investigate fraud or misuse; or enforce our Terms. If the Apps or related business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
4. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
For Apps using Deep-Image AI, its published information states that uploaded images may be stored on its servers for up to 24 hours and are then automatically deleted. Our Apps do not maintain a separate biometric database or facial identity profile.
Content saved locally remains under your control and can be removed from the device. Consent preferences may be stored locally until reset, withdrawn, or the App is deleted. Firebase, AdMob, and Apple retain diagnostics, advertising, and transaction information under their own retention schedules and legal obligations. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We may retain limited information longer where required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of personal information under our control by contacting us. For information handled by a provider, we will assist with a valid request where applicable.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Some Apps may contain advertising or use analytics. AdMob and similar providers may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
An App will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) or tracking activity across other companies’ apps or websites where Apple requires permission. If you decline, the App will not access the IDFA for tracking; you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads. Change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Analytics that Apple does not define as tracking may still operate as disclosed here.
6. Legal Bases and Your Choices
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform the service you request, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and improving reliability, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Cloud AI processing is optional and requires affirmative consent before selected personal content is transmitted.
- Where available, review or withdraw consent through the App’s Settings or privacy controls.
- Control Photos, Camera, Tracking, and other permissions in iOS Settings.
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a request decision.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Email privacy requests to faridaafroseapps@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect users from fraudulent requests. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law; for qualifying GDPR requests, this is generally within one month, subject to a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal process where required.
7. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transmission. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Children and ABC Kids
ABC Kids is intended for children and families. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use. We do not knowingly ask a child to provide a name, email address, precise location, contacts, or other direct contact information through ABC Kids. System permissions and third-party services included in a child-directed App must be limited to what is appropriate for its operation and configured consistently with applicable children’s privacy requirements.
Our other Apps are not directed to children under 13 unless their App Store listing says otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. No Developer Accounts or Public Community
The Apps do not currently offer developer-hosted account creation or a developer-operated public community. Users cannot publish artwork or content to a public profile through our services. Uninstalling an App removes locally stored App data subject to iOS behavior, but does not automatically delete information already processed by Apple or another provider under that provider’s policy.
10. Payments and Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code, or Apple Account payment credentials. Apple may provide the App with product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and validation information needed to unlock purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide support.
11. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We or our service providers may combine or de-identify usage and diagnostic information to understand feature performance, improve reliability, and produce statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual. We do not attempt to reidentify properly de-identified information, except where needed to test whether de-identification safeguards work or where permitted by law.
12. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell or share user-selected photos, face data, or AI prompts for targeted advertising. Some advertising practices involving device or advertising information may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, we provide applicable consent or opt-out controls, including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. You may also contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
13. External Links
The Apps and our website may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. Review those policies before providing information to an external service.
14. App Store Privacy Information
The App Store privacy label for each App is intended to describe that App’s current version, including data practices of integrated third-party code. Because features and providers differ among Apps and versions, consult the applicable App Store product page as well as this policy. If these practices change, we will update the relevant disclosure.
15. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when an App, provider, or legal requirement changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
