Just like the other reviewer mentioned, we never find out at all why Josie does what she does, what organization she belongs to and why or how she's working for Peck and Boss, or why or how the people who are assassinated are chosen, or how she first met any of the other characters. Also, it's never explained why Irving is so mad at Josie's boss or how they even know each other. It's just the same senseless killing every issue, without any explanation or rationale to provide justification for anyone's actions, and with zero character development and a non-existent plot. Despite being called an efficient killer, Josie makes a mess every time, is sloppy at her work, drags out the killing by going for the least efficient methods, and always gets beaten up. Seriously puzzling how this comic gets such a high rating. But I'm only giving one point for the art.

We find out nothing about the characters or why they do what they do. Someone came up with an idea and didn't put any meat on the bones of the story.
