You will need to tilt your portable TV to the right angle, then align the red, green, and blue channels to their correct position inside the boxes on the screen to fully view the new video message. This short video is your key to finding out the code for the locker.

How to Solve the Pharmacy Locker Code

The first video clip shows us the handwashing poster from inside the bathroom. Counting the fingers and thumbs will give us 6, the first digit of the locker code.

The second video clip shows us the “Prescription Drugs and You” poster, which you can find to the left of the bathroom. There is a giant number 5 on that poster, giving you the 2nd digit of the code.

The third clip shows us the “nurse consultation” poster, and this one is on the wall to the right of the front entrance to the pharmacy. The gauge on that poster points to the number 3, giving us our third digit.

Finally, the 4th clip shows us the poster with the red pills on it. You can find this poster on the wall to the right of the rusted locker, right on the corkboard. If you count the pills that are still in the package, you get 9, the final digit of the code.

If we put it all together, we get the code 6-5-3-9. Enter that into the locker, and you’ll receive the “Prescription Dosage Error Note,” one of three items that you will need to bring to the clinic.
