I’ve tried so many apps and coaches on different sets and variations, and I always end up coming back to Sweat, there is nothing like it, they make it so easy to just open and pop up into your training. No thinking just do it. Also best quality/price in market for sure . And if you really are consistent, you start seeing results in no time .
Sweat has helped me enjoy working out more and I have been consistently using it for the past two months and seeing results! I love being able to workout in the comfort of my home and have variety of workouts to choose from. What sets Sweat apart from other fitness apps is that it shows you each exercise and clearly explains how to do it. Also being able to substitute exercises if I want something more low impact is great. No jumping - no problem! Well worth the money!
It gets me to move and feel good about moving that you’d want to do it again. The app is smart. The programs I start builds up automatically as if it’s an in person trainer and if I end a work out with a reason of too difficult for me or If I have a gap in moving/exercising due to other life reasons. Then the next time I would search for a work out, it somehow understands and suggests based on my level and build up from there again.
This is my absolute favorite app for workouts. With the variety of routines they have, how you can add and remove equipment(perfect for travelling) and the way it’s planned out for you makes it so easy to stay on track! I first used it years ago and tried other apps or workout styles here and there but ALWAYS came back to this app because it’s the only one I could be consistent with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I’ve come back to this program over the past few years whether I’m postpartum or pregnant and I always find what I’m looking for. I think it really focuses well on the female body! After my first pregnancy, I went to pelvic floor therapy and a lot of the workouts I was doing in Kayla postpartum program were the same things they were offering me so I felt like it was backed my science as well! Now I’m doing the Ruba workout plan and really enjoying it as well!
I’ve tried various apps through the years but always come back to this one. I think it has the easiest-to-follow format, makes substitutions easy whether you’re working out at home or a gym, and I like the circuit layouts which make the workouts feel efficient and organized. I also love how you can track your weights over time for progressive overload. I do Kelsey’s strength programs and love them (and her overall message)!
Developer ResponseThank you so much for your wonderful feedback! Keep up the amazing work—we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 💪
I have enjoyed sweat so much! I have tried several different programs and they all work. I like that it helps with meal planning/ideas. The different program selections are fun, and the options to pick which exercise to replace if it is too easy, too difficult, or just no equipment has also helped me so much since my injury and pregnancy. I definitely recommend to friends and family!
I try classes online and in person, peloton, nothing gets me more motivated and in better shape than sweat. Other companies I find myself searching for a class to do forever, then I start it and end early bc it isn’t what a wanted. Following Kayla’s programs makes it so I don’t have to think and I also love that ca. okay anything in the background. Sometimes it’s music and sometimes it’s a podcast.
I’ve used the sweat program on and off for 8 years now. I participated in the original launch of the app and took off because I started to marathon train. Then came back after to continue to maintain endurance and strength. I’ve returned time and time again because of the inclusivity of all abilities, pace, and results. I’m so excited to see there are pregnancy plans as I am starting family planning.
I’ve been using this app for over a year and a half and it’s the first time I’ve truly stuck with an exercise routine and it’s because I actually enjoy it. I’ve tried to get into strength training before but always found myself confused and would then give up. I use Kelsey’s PWR program mostly and I love how they set up the work outs and show you exactly how to do each movement. Best investment!
