Improve 9P transfer speeds #4926

The transfer speeds for the currently used 9P library are in the range of 2-5 MiB/s. As is apparent from the tests I did to compare other libraries, they can be improved to speeds around ~100 MiB/s. I think the cause of this is a bug in the library.
