Test fixture for agent runs that try to reproduce site breakage we have already mitigated in config. Removes every breakage-mitigation entry for the listed domains so the PR preview config can serve an unmitigated build. Not intended for production. Bugbot caught www.ticketmaster.com and www.smythstoys.com surviving the first pass; the matcher only treated parent domains as covering a site, not subdomains of it. Widened to both directions.
