Implement Submodule.rename() #238

Description

@Byron

Git submodules checkout separate git repository whose path is dependent on the submodule's initial name. If the submodule is renamed, ideally the separate git repository is moved on disk as well to keep data consistent.

    In #69, it is requested that a move() automatically adjust the submodule name. I believe this is the right thing to do only if the name equals the module checkout path (which is the case if the user didn't specify a custom name when adding the submodule).
    Therefore, make sure to use the new .rename() method in move() if appropriate.
