What's the problem this feature will solve?
Right now the build that generated the artifacts that the version is serving isn't directly related to the version. We are even duplicating some attributes that are (or should be) in the build object (like is_uploaded, has_pdf, has_epub). Even the commit the version was built from isn't available in an easy way.
Describe the solution you'd like
Have a build attribute in the Version model that tracks the latest successful build the version was generated from, and have the build object track more metadata about the build (like if the build produced a pdf, etc). This way, the only attribute we would need to change after a successful build would be the build attribute.
Additional context
This kind of bring us one step closer to have a per-build artifacts. Ref #9947
