Is your proposal related to a problem?
We would like the Thanos Ruler to be able to send specific HTTP Headers when querying,
but that seems to currently not be supported.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Thanos Ruler to expose a headers (or similar) option in it's query config, to make it set certain headers when querying endpoints.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running a proxy sidecar to set those headers (which is a bit of a waste of resources)
Additional context
The remote-write config already allows this (because it uses upstream prometheus agent).
Looked a bit through the code, and it seems like the query-config is using github.com/prometheus/common/config, which has support for Headers (HTTPClientConfig.HTTPHeaders and NewHeadersRoundTripper)
