SENSUAL ALLURE: Roberto Cavalli is all about hedonism in its new campaign staged in Los Angeles.
The brand selected “The Shards” star Hayes Warner, who was lensed by Indiana Piorek in a villa that overlooks the city.
Called “Nero Carnale — The Kids in America,” the campaign recalls the glamorous and excessive world portrayed in the series. Warner is captured in a series of sensual poses as she moves through the rooms of the villa, posing beside the bathtub or in the imperial bedroom. Black is the dominant color, complemented by a palette of periwinkle, hot pink and cyclamen.
During his show in Milan in February, creative director Fausto Puglisi described the fall 2026 collection as New Romantic and dark, while emphasizing that this interpretation of darkness was intended to feel festive, sensual, feminine and tough.

“From the very first episode of ‘The Shards,’ I was obsessed with Hayes. She is the Cavalli girl to me: modern, fearless, sexy, and completely herself. I love her as an actress, but I also love discovering her as a singer and seeing how many different sides she has. We had so much fun in Los Angeles,” said Puglisi. “She has this incredible energy, she walks into a room and something happens. She is spontaneous, provocative, and a constant source of inspiration. I can’t wait to hear her new music, which is about to be released. That’s exactly the kind of woman I want Cavalli to be about.”
Warner is also a successful pop singer and her hits include “Predator,” “Oh!” and “Zip.”
Based on Bret Easton Ellis’ novel, “The Shards” follows a group of privileged high school seniors in 1981 Los Angeles while a killer is on the loose. Warner plays Debbie Schaffer, one of the friends drawn into the story alongside model and actress Kaia Gerber and Homer Gere, among others. The series premiered in August on Hulu.
